International Conference on Recent Developments in Cyber Security (ReDCySec2025), technically co-sponsored by Springer, will serve as a premier platform for researchers, practitioners, and industry experts to share their knowledge, insights, and latest research findings in the field of cyber security. The conference will also provide a forum for participants to discuss pressing challenges and explore innovative solutions aimed at strengthening existing security measures. To ensure broader global participation, the conference will be conducted in a hybrid mode (both in- person and virtual).

One Weak Training Program on - Quantum Computing and Quantum Cryptography” (October 6th -10th, 2025)

The Center for Cyber Security and Cryptology (CCS&C), Sharda University, will organize a 20-hour hybrid Training Program on “Quantum Computing and Quantum Cryptography” from 06th Oct to 10th Oct, 2025

40 Hours Training Program on “Python for Cyber Security” (23 rd June – 5 th July, 2025)

This course delivers professional-level security automation techniques using Python. Participants will gain hands-on experience in real-time network analysis, threat detection, malware analysis, and penetration testing. It covers script-based attacks, CVE analysis, IoC detection, and ethical hacking. Learners will explore OSINT, cryptographic operations, and forensic practices. Real-world attack simulations enhance both defensive and offensive skills. The course also aligns with GRC frameworks, teaching Python-driven auditing and risk analysis, empowering participants to secure critical infrastructure and enterprise environments effectively and efficiently.

Topics to be Covered (but not limited to): Five modules with eight hours each

• Module 1: Python Essentials for Cybersecurity
• Module 2: Networking, Enumeration & Threat Detection with Python
• Module 3: Offensive Security – Ethical Hacking & Vulnerability Analysis
• Module 4: Cryptography, Forensics & Malware Analysis
• Module 5: AI-Based Threat Detection and GRC

One-Week Training Program on “Fundamentals of Advanced Cyber Security (FACS)” (January 6-10, 2025)

The aim of this training program is to prepare people for cyber security skills which would range from fundamental to industrial level professional concepts. The training would also provide insight into recent Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) in the realms of Cyber Security for preserving data and asset of the organization as well as individuals. Moreover, it would also enrich people with the current as well as advanced Common Vulnerability Exposure (CVEs) including proliferation of Malicious Code (Malware, Ransomware), Digital Arrest strategies, Cyber-kill-Chain, Supply Chain Attack, strategies of Artificial Intelligence (AI) based Social Engineering Attack as well as investigating the crime beyond the TOR and VPN. The training would also simulate Advanced Phishing Attacks, lateral movement of the Malware including Dark pattern of the cybersecurity. It would also provide insight in Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) strategies that would not only include the generic one rather it would also deliver Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) as the corporate and business is heading towards Cloud or Third-Party Vendor-based services. The Training will make the trainee capable of developing skill that would be essential to protect National Critical Infrastructure.

One-Week Training Program on “Cyber Security and Digital Forensic (CSDF)” (18-23 December, 2023)

The aim of this training program is to provide awareness on cyber security and digital forensics, to familiarize everyone with the security challenges in the cyber space and to promote research in various aspects of cyber security, digital forensics. The theme of this edition of CSDF is digital forensics, which covers subareas such as network forensics, mobile forensics, web forensics, e-mail forensics, and role of AI and ML in digital forensics.

Webinar on “Cryptocurrency World”
(27th January, 2023)

Center for Cyber Security and Cryptology (CCSC), Sharda University in association with Future Crime Research Foundation (FCRF) an IIT Kanpur incubated start-up conducted a webinar on “Cryptocurrency World: Crimes, Crooks & Cops” on 27th January 2023, Friday, 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Cryptocurrency is a virtual currency that uses cryptography for security. It is decentralized and operates independently of a central bank for example bitcoin, ethereum, and litecoin.

Certificate Training Program (2-Week) on “Cyber Security and Digital Forensic: CSDF-CP2023”
(2nd -13th January, 2023)

Center for Cyber Security and Cryptology (CCSC), Sharda University has organized a two-week certificate training program on “Cyber Security and Digital Forensic” during January 2-13, 2023, for students, researchers, faculty members and industry professionals. This program provided a strong foundation of the theoretical and practical aspects of the different dimensions of cyber security, such as cryptography, network security, software security, system security measures and models, information security, computer forensics and knowledge of relevant standards and regulatory requirements, security audit etc. The programme was offered in hybrid mode. For offline candidates the venue for this program would be the Center for Cyber Security and Cryptology at Sharda University, Greater Noida. The content of this course was covered in 40 sessions, each of 90 minutes. Participants are requested to register online for the event using the link given below.

Intensive Training (5 Days) on “Zero to Hero on Assembly Programming”
(05th -09th November, 2022)

This is a 5 days free online intensive training programme on Assembly programming being conducted for students of all streams in collaboration with Certin and CyberVidyapeeth Foundation Faridabad. Assembly Programming is a low-level programming language and these days used in reverse engineering of malwares. These sessions include online hands-on sessions by different experts. The objective of the event is to make participants aware of Assembly Language and how it is used in decoding the code during reverse engineering and malware analysis.

Faculty Development Program (6 days) on “Cyber Security and Artificial Intelligence with Hands-on training” (21st-26th February, 2022)

Center for Cyber Security and Cryptology along with Center for Artificial Intelligence in Medicine, Imaging & Forensics, Sharda University have organized 6 days Faculty Development Program on “Cyber Security and Artificial Intelligence with Hands on Training (CSAI FDP)” during 21st-26th February, 2022 virtually for the faculty members and the research scholars. The Objective of the program was to provide awareness on cyber security & AI, to familiarize everyone with the various challenges in this field specially in its emerging areas and to promote solution-based research approach in various aspects of cyber security by giving hands-on training. It was open for faculty, academicians, industry personnel and researchers.
